ATL ADU started in 2017 when ADUs became legal in the City of Atlanta.  So while other builders “figure out this ADU thing”, Accessory Dwelling Units are all we do and we’ve been doing it since day one.

From the first site visit to handing over the keys to your ADU, you get the highest level of service that includes everything from surveying, site planning, and permitting to project management, and construction. All you have to do is choose a predesigned model and the exterior paint color!
